The short version: your journal is yours, Free stays free, Plus can be cancelled any time, and we'll treat your words with care.

Who you're dealing with

3gratitudes is run by SoliudFlux BV, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 85049832, VAT NL863488031B01). You can reach us at hello@3gratitudes.com.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your inbox safe. You need to be at least 16, or have a parent's permission. One account per person, please.

What you write

Everything you write and every photo you send stays yours. You give us permission only to store it and show it to you, which is what running the service needs. Please don't use 3gratitudes to store anything illegal, or to send mail to journal addresses that aren't yours.

Free and Plus

Free includes the daily email, replying, and your whole timeline. Plus adds the features listed on the Plus page, for €3.50 a month or €29 a year, including VAT.

Plus renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Plus page; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get your money back; just email us. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

A gift of Plus is paid once and doesn't renew. Unused gift links don't expire.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep 3gratitudes running and your journal safe, with backups, but we can't promise it will never be down. We're not liable for indirect damage, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow such limits.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where we can. If we ever stop 3gratitudes, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice so you can download your journal.

The rest

Dutch law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law of your own country gives you more protection. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
